Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all garment tags, accessories, and promotional inserts are included to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
